About

A living and extraordinary musical work linking Music & Heritage.

Resonance rediscovers ancient music texts and exceptional “sound architectures”. It is also the meeting of musicians from different universes and cultures.

This first Resonance repertoire was born from a search for ancient music texts from the 12th to the 15th and 18th centuries. The guideline is located in the inseparability of three terms: love, poetry, music. Themes initially appreciated since the 9th century by musicians who devote themselves to the Art of Trobar (The researchers): finding the right sounds under the right words of their romantic or epic songs. At that time, the musician was a composer-poet-performer.

Music does not go without words nor words without music.
